STERILIZING OVENS Despatch offers a wide selection of high performance ovens for annealing. The portfolio of annealing ovens offers a variety of chamber sizes and temperature capabilities to best fir any customer’s application. These ovens feature exceptional temperature uniformity, flexibility and tight process control and monitoring. LAC High Performance Oven The LAC benchtop oven is ideal for sterilizing applications up to 260°C (500°F). The LAC features a high-volume fan to circulate air through perforated stainless steel walls to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven. Users also benefit from easy-to-use controls for single and multiple temperature operations, and sturdy, welded double-wall construction for reliability. LCC/LCD Clean Process Benchtop Oven Despatch’s LCC and LCD benchtop ovens are stackable to save valuable floor space and provide a variety of tailored options for specific sterilizing applications. Maximum temperatures are 260°C (500°F) for the LCC and 350°C (662°F) with the LCD. Air or nitrogen atmosphere configurations are available and a forced exhaust is standard on all models for rapid cooling. The stainless steel interior and exterior protect the work chamber from contamination. LCC/LCD2-14 Clean Process Cabinet Oven Despatch’s LCC/LCD2-14 clean process ovens are designed to meet the demands of production and large scale R&D sterilization applications. Air, Class A and nitrogen atmospheres are available, as is a HEPA filter for ISO Class 5 (Class 100) operation. The ovens are CE compliant for universal acceptance, configured for 50/60 Hz and available in all voltages used around the world. A pass-through door model is available for air atmosphere configurations. PCO2-14 Polyimide Curing Oven The PCO2-14™ polyimide cure oven is an excellent choice for sterilizing applications due to its inert atmosphere capabilities (≤20ppm of oxygen) at temperatures up to 350°C and clean process operation of Class 100 (ISO Class 5) recirculated airflow. The PCO2-14 offers fast cycle times with ±1% temperature uniformity. A process monitoring system with integrated PC, Protocol Plus software and oxygen monitoring system is also included on this oven. SD Sterilization and Depyrogenation Oven The SD sterilization and depyrogenation oven is designed to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The oven is suited for operations up to 285°C (545°F) with side panels that distribute heat very evenly, resulting in dense loading capabilities and a high capacity per square foot of floor space. A robust filter design and unique filter retention system minimize stress from thermal expansion and contraction to maintain ISO Class 5 (Class 100) conditions throughout the cycle even at accelerated heating and cooling rates.
