Despatch’s LCC and LCD stackable clean process ovens have a stainless steel interior and exterior with all interior seams continuously welded on the insulation side to protect the work chamber from contamination. For production environment processes where minimal contamination is essential, the LCC/LCD clean process ovens offer the highest standards in HEPA filtration. Re-circulated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered for operation at ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or better within the oven chamber. These clean ovens are available in air or nitrogen atmosphere configurations. Protocol PlusTM programmable microprocessor control is standard and offers flexible and simple oven operation.

The PCO2-14™ is a clean process oven designed for polyimide baking and curing applications. Interior seams are continuously welded on the insulation side to protect the work chamber from contamination. Re-circulated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered for operation at ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or better within the oven chamber. The PCO2-14™ features inert atmosphere to allow the oxygen level to be maintained at 20ppm or less to prevent oxidation and has an integrated oxygen monitor, software and PC system.
The PC HEPA filtered conveyor oven provides consistent and repeatable process results for Class 1000 clean process applications. This clean room oven is designed to meet the most demanding requirements and utilizes 99.97% efficient HEPA filters on re-circulated air.
