LBB Forced Convection Oven

LBB Forced Convection OvenThe Despatch LBB forced convection oven offers temperatures up to 204°C (400°F) which is ideal for plastic annealing. The stainless steel interior and top-mounted fan and heater make this oven a great choice for applications that may create spills. A combination of horizontal and vertical airflow offers excellent temperature uniformity.

LAC High Performance OvenThe LAC benchtop oven features horizontal recirculating airflow for exceptional temperature uniformity up to 260°C (500°F). The size and temperature of this oven also make it an ideal choice for annealing plastics. LCC/LCD Clean Process Benchtop OvenDespatch’s LCC and LCD stackable clean process ovens offer air or nitrogen atmosphere and temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) or 350°C (662°F). These characteristics make the LCC/LCD ovens the perfect choice for annealing product that requires a clean process, such as medical device plastics.

LCC/LCD2-14 Clean Process Cabinet OvenDespatch’s LCC/LCD2-14 clean process ovens offer the same temperature capabilities as the stackable benchtop models, but add a third atmosphere option of Class A. The LCC/LCD2-14 annealing ovens are designed to meet the demands of production and large scale R&D environments and are CE compliant.

RA/RF Cabinet Oven

RA/RF Cabinet OvenThe RA/RF reach-in ovens have horizontal recirculating airflow and exceptional temperature uniformity up to 343°C (650°F). The higher temperature capabilities of these ovens are ideal for annealing metals. The increased cabinet size allows for larger batches or larger products to be aged or annealed. The RF Class A model was designed to meet NFPA requirements for annealing applications that include flammable solvents or large amounts of moisture removal.

TA/TF Walk-In Oven

TA/TF Walk-In OvenThe large size and maximum 343°C (650°F) temperature of the TA/TF walk-in and truck-in ovens make these models a perfect choice for annealing large-size or large batch metal components. Multiple temperature operations are controlled by up to eight programs. The interior is aluminized steel and features a plate floor with truck tracks for easy accessibility into the chamber.

S-Series Walk-In Oven

S-Series Walk-In OvenThe S-Series walk-in and truck-in panel ovens are designed for dependability and economical use of space. Uniflow airflow circulation delivers heated air from both sides of the chamber for uniform operating temperatures. Two max temperature ratings are available: 260°C (500°F) and 343°C (650°F). The higher temperature capabilities are compatible for annealing metals and the walk-in chamber with optional vertical lift doors is ideal for large batches.

Magnetic Annealing

LCC Oven with Touch Screen MonitorDespatch’s custom magnetic annealing tools are used for magnetic annealing processes required to manufacture recording heads for the data storage industry and MRAM devices for semiconductor applications.

Used by companies around the world, these tools exhibit a tighter level of process control and monitoring as well as offer greater flexibility than other tools on the market. Superior wafer temperature control uniformity (to better than +/- 1ºC) greatly improves product yields. Fast heating and cooling rates also offer significantly lower cycle times than other tools. Additionally, our tools can be equipped to provide deep vacuum levels, temperatures to 500ºC, and magnetic fields up to 2.0 Tesla.

The custom configuration allows employees to scan in the product lot labels prior to loading the product into the oven. Photosensors in the oven chambers confirm product presence. The operator then selects the desired processing profile and follows the displayed prompts. The system logic sounds an alarm and locks out the oven controls if a cycle is interrupted or a door is opened before the cycle is complete.

FCH Furnace

LCC Class A Pharmaceutical OvenDespatch designed and built a custom FCH2-12 furnace for a special component annealing application. Per the customer’s request, the FCH incorporated HEPA filtration of fresh air and a 316L interior for improved chamber cleanliness. Other features included modulating dampers on the fresh air and exhaust to allow a controlled cooling rate and a large forced exhaust fan to promote rapid cooling after a cycle. A Watlow F4 controller with WatView software was provided to support a variety of cycle profiles with a highly flexible profiling controller.

The FCH2-12 furnace is available with standard design features including 1350°F (732°C) maximum temperature rating, 7 inches of layered insulation, 304 stainless steel fully welded interior, horizontal airflow with adjustable supply and return louvers and a 5 HP recirculation drive motor. The oven is capable of temperature uniformity of ±1% or better after stabilization. This oven is compatible with a variety of high temperature processes.
